Our surfaces...

All weather

surface

Having a frost resistant stone sub-base over which tarmac is laid, a base layer then a wearing course. This results in a free draining, hard wearing surface and allows you to play throughout the year.

Synthetic

surface

With the same base and two layers of tarmac as the all-weather surface, the synthetic sand dressed carpet with inlaid lines is then laid and is ideal for upgrading an existing tarmac court. This surface is more cushioned and makes for a more comfortable game.

Grey green

surface

This old fashioned surface originally built with ash from power stations is now started as all new courts are and has graduated stone and sprayed bitumen layers to build up the surfaces to finally where hand crafted white lines are then applied to the green granite chippings.

Many thanks for dealing with my tennis court so efficiently and professionally. For an old court with a lot of weed and moss growth it now looks so much better after the treatments and the new paint. I also appreciate your very honest advice about the future of the court and I will certainly contact you for any further work that might be planned.
